Victoria Cabral


Programmes & Partnerships Manager, Black Thrive
Victoria’s role focuses on working with local communities and statutory services to tackle
and address deeply entrenched racial inequalities by driving organisational and systems-
level change across both statutory and voluntary organisations in Lambeth. She has over 12
years of experience working on social and economic justice policy, advocacy and community
engagement.
Victoria graduated from Nottingham University with a BA in Law and went on to undertake a
Master’s level degree in Human Rights at University College London (UCL). Victoria’s roles
and employment history has centred around managing and implementing programs of work
that advance the agency and voice of traditionally marginalised groups.
