Gemma is a Consulting Director at the Corporate Practice Ogilvy Consulting and has over 10 years’ experience working with brands, corporations and NGOs on strategic communications, messaging, reputation management and digital transformation. Including the United Nations, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, GSK and The Science Museum Group.
Common to all of these clients has been the question of how better public engagement can deliver better outcomes, whether it’s building social movements around climate change and gender equality, building support for international development aid in global health or developing messaging and campaigns to counter misinformation.
Gemma's background in web development and technology has shaped her career as a strategic communicator. It is imperative for organisations to understand how to use digital channels and the impact the internet is having on how people behave, in order to continue building meaningful public engagement.
